Studio Update!

Hello! It’s been a while since I’ve updated this blog. So here’s your Indigo Street Studio update:

After a busy week of having the grandkids over I’m back at the business of creating and teaching!

I have been having fun painting some mini cards and plan to add them to the shop. These are cute and would be great to give along with a teacher’s thank you gift. They are 3.5″ x 5″.

I taught a watercolor workshop at a local DIY place, AR Workshop in Gig Harbor. Ten students participated and it was a huge success! So much fun practicing petals and leaves and then making a beautiful composition that they could be proud of!

I continue to teach private watercolor lessons and will be teaching watercolor online this fall for Tacoma Community College. Contact me if you are interested in learning watercolor or taking your watercolor skills to the next level.

Lastly, I am working on a large commission piece for a relative. I’ve started the background and am continuing to add layers.

If you are interested in me creating a special commission piece for you I would be happy to get together and discuss your vision with you.

Enjoy Spring!!
